Responsibilities —

• Warmly welcoming customers, providing expert assistance, and sparking their enthusiasm for our products.
• Skillfully managing cashless POS and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.
• Guiding customers to the perfect merchandise within the store.
• Showcasing exceptional product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Upholding a polished and organized appearance across the sales floor.
• Introducing customers to exciting promotions and opportunities.
• Skillfully cross-selling products to enhance their shopping experience.
• Preparing and packaging online orders for shipment.
• Exceeding sales targets by engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Contributing to store merchandising efforts to create captivating displays
• Actively contributes to loss & prevention efforts
• Upholds our core values.

Required Qualifications —

• Can work independently and can be flexible to ever changing environments.
• Kind, cheerful, and welcoming. 
• Proven experience in retail and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Ability to learn and understand our product offerings and the impact they have.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction in any environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail and precision in transaction processing.
• Empathetic towards all customers, especially families with children.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with people and working seamlessly within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Applicants must be the age of 18 or over.

• Experience with children, child development, and educational toys.

• Willingness to assist with and participate in social media efforts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: The base pay range for this role is $17-$20 hourly. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience and skills.
